DEDICATED TO ROCKY

This poem should give hope to those still seeking their soul-mates.

Author Note: Both of our lives have been turned upside down, but for the best.

It always amazes me just how much

strong emotions can rapidly change.

From the darkest depths of deep despair,

to the ridding of most of the pain.

While some just go from mellow to mellow,

there are others such as I,

who go to such depths beyond belief,

then are lifted up so high.

This chance I am taking because I know

I can live, laugh and love again.

Bad luck has turned into the best it could be,

dreams that were dropped, now not in vain.

Opportunities arising from higher realms,

this time will surely be taken.

The light has been shown me and best of all,

I know that I have not been forsaken.

This change of home, country and work.

The chance to heal wrongs of the past,

to find new friends, security

and to be with my true love at last!
