This is how it is for those who only have sex or for those who have fallen out of love. This is how it is for people who just have sex!   

FOR THOSE NO LONGER IN LOVE

No-one belongs to anyone
and loving’s just the same.
The beginnings are so exciting,
when it’s all you have in your brain.

Then after a while you realize,
and wonder what you saw.
You wish there was something new to give,
you can’t, it’s been done before!

The first times seem so special,
your heart seems to be in your mind.
But then it’s just like it used to be,
and there is no new way to find.

When woman has touched, man explored,
there can only be one notion.
Too much of themselves given to others,
so now they just go through the motion.

Repeating the movements time after time,
each touch, exactly the same.
Keep your eyes closed, turn back the clock,
it could be just any old flame!
